Privacy Policy

Abear ("Company") complies with applicable data protection laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information is collected, how it is used, and how it is protected.

This policy applies to the Pervis service ("Service").

3. Retention Period

  • Marketing data: Until consent withdrawal or account deletion

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Personal information is not shared with third parties except:

  • With user consent

  • For integration with advertising platforms (with consent):
    • Recipients: Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, etc.
    • Data: Ad account IDs, campaign settings, performance data
    • Purpose: Ad delivery, reporting, and synchronization
    • Retention: Until consent withdrawal or disconnection

5. Outsourced Processing

The Company may use external service providers for:

  • Cloud infrastructure and data storage
  • Payment processing
  • Log and analytics services

Vendors process data only within contractual scope and legal requirements.

6. User Rights

Users may request:

  • Access to their personal data
  • Correction or deletion
  • Suspension of processing
  • Withdrawal of consent

Requests can be made via email or customer support and will be processed without delay.

7. Cookies

Cookies may be used for service operation and personalization.

Users may block or delete cookies via browser settings. Some features may be limited if cookies are disabled.

8. Data Deletion

  • Data is deleted immediately after retention period or purpose fulfillment.

11. Google User Data

When a Member connects a Google account, the Service accesses Google user data only to provide and improve user-facing features, strictly within the scope the Member authorizes via Google OAuth.

  • Google Ads (.../auth/adwords): to read campaign, ad group, and performance data and to create, update, and manage advertising campaigns on the Member's behalf.
  • Google Drive, Sheets, and Slides (.../auth/drive): to read and write the Member's files in order to generate, update, and organize advertising performance reports.

Limited Use Disclosure

Pervis's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, the Company:

  • Does not use Google user data for serving advertising.
  • Does not sell Google user data.
  • Does not transfer or disclose Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with prior notice.
  • Does not allow humans to read Google user data unless the Member has given affirmative consent, it is necessary for security or to comply with law, or the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Members can review or revoke the Service's access to their Google account at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.

12. Policy Changes

This policy becomes effective on the stated effective date.

Changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days for material changes).
